We decided to start our own thing because we were keen to show the market our idea of how this sort of business should be run. Having cut our teeth at various other players in the industry, we have a firm grasp of what works, and what does not. We feel this deeper understanding and ability to see the bigger picture is what ultimately sets us apart from the rest of the pack. Seeing the bigger picture on its own would not be enough though, we needed to ultimately provide our clients with something unique and out of this world. We wanted to not only provide them with the real value they could count on, but we wanted to knock their socks off.

Now all this looked great on paper, but we needed to make sure that we were able to implement it across every aspect of our business. We wanted everyone pulling in the same direction, trying to reach the same goal.
